Friendship Village, a senior living campus located at 8100 Highwood Drive in Bloomington, Minnesota is currently in the process of redevelopment.

The project consists of multiple phases, including a five-story residential living building with an anticipated move in of residents the summer of 2021. Since 2017, Lifespace and BlueFingerprint® have partnered on 12 communities to streamline their personalization process for renovations and new construction, including the Friendship Village expansion.
